How to become a member
Being an Association of manufacturing producers committed to the safeguard and enhancing of what is the third most well-known Italian biscuit in the world, we hope to come into contact with Tuscan confectionery companies, industrial and artisan, who produce cantuccini and are interested in preserving and enhancing its quality.
You only have to commit yourselves to respect the production rules we have given ourselves in order to join, be in possession of the ATECO (2007) code 10.72 and apply for admission by paying the subscription fee.
